Luna Rise Birth, LLC : An Alternative & Holistic Health Services:

 

An entity delegated to address negative effects of public-private ecosystems in marginalized groups (I.e BIPOC/AALNA) and intends to address and heal the mind, body, spirit on an individual & communal level. As a culturally indigenous means to combat the war on drugs, social determinants of health, neighborhood crime and negative mental-physical health outcomes. By providing adequate assessment of the negative effects of public-private ecosystems and structures intersecting at generational wellness.

 

Moreover, Luna deposits a wealth of informative workshops and community giveback initiatives to specifically focus on the whole person naturally, artistically & traditionally for women, infants and children. Having encompassed a repertoire of culturally relevant and indigenous food medicine with healing elements to assist ethnic heterogeneous neighborhoods and disenfranchised Charlotteans. More importantly, Luna Rise Birth has dedicated their scope of work to the art of life , ecological reciprocity & cultural respect. As they have helped hundreds of women, family and children from all socioeconomic backgrounds to provide natural birthing services, community baby showers and community education. Currently they are working to receive Medicare approval within the Charlotte Area. 

 

Established almost a decade ago Luna Rise Birth has persisted in their industry with their expertise and will provide  the UCC with cultural linguistics, ethnic language development (spanish, creole, yoruba) & the traditional arts (i.e. healing food–medicine, generational storytelling).  Luna Rise Birth will be able to equip local residents and UCC participants with  various cultural arts exposure experiences, language linguistic development. In efforts to merge heterogeneous environments that settings include and reflect marginalized groups while bridging the gap of conceptually historic & cultural cognitive competency, local civic engagement , decision making and the art of cultural reciprocity (I.e response/respect).

6. Enrich the lives of young mothers, infants and children
